With a MASSIVE crowd booked in for Saturday night we need help this FRIDAY NIGHT anytime from 4.30pm at Sacred Heart School.

We need muscle and touch so everyone will be able to contribute in some way. Ladies, Gents, Young, Old, Grumpy, Happy, Skilful, Dopey – We need you ALL!!!

Some of the things we have to Organise:
- 200 metres of Temporary Fencing
- Set up the Bar
- Get drinks for 400 people on ice
- Put up and Set up 50 trestle tables for dinner (Table Cloths, Knives/Forks)
- Put out 450 Chairs
- Set up Food Tents
- Collect Porta-Loos
- Get Stage Set Up
- Set up Auction Items
- And a S&%*load of other things that need to happen!!
